Analysis & Reporting Lead

is ideal for a highly motivated problem solver and emerging leader who is eager to become a subject‑matter expert in investment reporting platforms, data workflows, and account lifecycle processes, while also coaching junior associates and leading reporting initiatives across the organization.

The role blends hands‑on execution with oversight and guidance, combining reporting delivery, systems integration, data analysis, and process improvement. The individual will play a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely, and well‑controlled reporting while supporting Wealth Managers and senior business partners with insights, transparency, and scalable solutions. This position also serves as a point of escalation, mentorship, and quality assurance for junior team members.

Job Requirements
Support and lead Wealth and Asset Management operations through a combination of financial reporting, systems expertise, and advanced data analysis, with a strong focus on delivering accurate, timely, and well controlled reporting. The individual will own and drive recurring and adhoc reporting initiatives, including performance and client reporting, while serving as a key point of contact for Wealth Managers and senior business stakeholders. A core component of the role includes coaching and mentoring junior associates by providing guidance on reporting best practices, data validation, system usage, and issue resolution, as well as reviewing work to ensure quality, consistency, and strong control standards.

The ideal candidate will possess strong working knowledge of account lifecycle processes such as account setup, householding, reconciliations, data validations, and system integrations across Wealth and Asset Management platforms. Advanced analytical skills are required to prepare, review, and interpret complex data, identify trends and discrepancies, and resolve data or reporting issues through root cause analysis and sustainable solutions. This role also involves leading the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of reports, dashboards, and data extracts, with an emphasis on scalability, accuracy, and alignment to evolving business and client needs.

Other Key Responsibilities Will Include

Coaching and development of colleagues

Monitoring to ensure service levels are met

Willingness to embrace continuous improvement within the team

Develop procedures and training plans as new initiatives are implemented

Monitor daily workflows and make necessary adjustments to staffing

Provide exceptional customer service

Work directly with other Wealth Ops leaders in support of decision making regarding all operational improvements or required procedure changes

Required Qualifications

Completed high school diploma or GED equivalent

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Wealth Management or Asset Management operations, with demonstrated leadership or senior level responsibility

Proven experience leading or owning complex reporting deliverables, including performance, client, or operational reporting

Strong working knowledge of Wealth Management account lifecycle processes, including account setup, householding, reconciliations, data validation, and system integrations

Advanced analytical skills with the ability to review, interpret, and resolve complex data and reporting issues through root cause analysis

Demonstrated expertise in Wealth Management operations systems and brokerage platforms – Tamarac and Black Diamond, including troubleshooting and issue resolution

Experience coaching, mentoring, or reviewing the work of junior associates to ensure quality, consistency, and control standards

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent initiatives based on risk, client experience, and business impact

Strong judgment and ability to collaborate effectively with Wealth Managers, senior business partners, technology, risk, and operations stakeholders

Proficiency in personal computer applications, including the Microsoft Office Suite

Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data and reporting topics clearly to non‑technical audiences

Demonstrated willingness and flexibility to manage both planned and unplanned work as business needs evolve

Preferred Qualifications

Completed associate or bachelor’s degree

Prior experience serving as a formal team lead, subject matter expert, or escalation point within Wealth or Asset Management operations

Experience designing, enhancing, or scaling reports, dashboards, or data extracts to meet evolving business or client needs

Exposure to process improvement initiatives, including automation, workflow optimization, or reporting standardization

Experience developing procedures, documentation, or training materials to support new initiatives or system enhancements

Demonstrated ability to monitor service levels, adjust daily workflows, or support staffing decisions in a reporting or operations environment

Experience partnering with senior operations leaders to influence operational improvements or procedural changes

Strong interest in becoming a systems, data, and reporting platform expert within the Wealth and Asset Management space

Demonstrated past job stability

Hours & Work Schedule

Hours per Week: 40

Work Schedule: M-F
