Job/Practice Description: Our full-time rheumatologist is leaving to pursue private practice with his spouse, so this need is dire.Location: Findlay, OH (40mins from Toledo)Schedule Options:1) Part-time or Full-time (2-5 days/week - 4hr, 8hr, 10hr, 12hr days) 2) Week On/Week Off (7am-7pm Mon-Thurs, 7am-5pm Fri, optional 4hr Sat) Personal life and work balance, 2-5 days/week, 4-12 hours/day, option of extended morning or evening hours, 100% outpatient, office VM for call (average less than one/month.)Practice autonomy, choice of patient mix and ages, ability to provide input and bring ideas to practice.Team support and collaboration with experienced and supportive staff and local administration, full complement of medical and surgical specialties.Weekly onsite CME, and CME/grand rounds available through Mayo Clinic Care Network24-hour in-house hospitalist servicesOption to teach medical students and advanced practice traineesFull complement of medical and surgical specialties available for supportState-of-the-Art Surgical and Inpatient Facilities and TechnologyNew visits average 40 minutes and follow-ups 20.Physicians see 2 patients per hour (18 per day), starting with mostly new patients in the first month and transitioning to a balanced mix by month three.A full schedule depends on how quickly you learn the workflows and EMR. 90 days are allowed to ramp up, but most physicians are booked within a month since the volume is already there.During onboarding, the organization promotes you and connects you with medical staff and referring physicians.
