Manual Machinist

* Work closely and clearly communicate with the other departments, Machine personnel, Supervisor, and Lead Man* Capable of setting up & operating all machines in the shop (including large mills, lathes, tool post grinders, and other equipment)* Operate manual and automatic feeds to 0.0002” as required for final cuts* Complete assigned jobs start to finish with little or no supervision. This includes the ability to perform the following:* Read blueprints, drawings and sketches that may require intermediate math and problems solving skills to calculate dimensions not specified on print.* Have and maintain ability to use and operate the overhead cranes, torches, grinders and forklifts* Maintain LEAN objectives within the department* Experience as a Manual machinist* Experience with both CNC with manual experience* Field machinist* 11 Paid Holidays* 15 Paid Time off (PTO) Days* Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability* 401k with 6% company match* Employee Assistance Program* Employee Wellness Program* Bonus Programs
