We’re looking for full‑time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis today at our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Fredericksburg, VA area. Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.
Eligible Automotive Tire Technicians receive guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period, totaling up to $800.
What is this great career opportunity?
The starting base rate of pay for an Automotive Tire Technician is negotiable. As an automotive tire technician, you will earn the reward of a career with competitive guaranteed base compensation plus additional earning potential through significant weekly bonus payments.
No experience is needed. We’ll teach everything through paid training.
Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services such as rotations, balancing and flat repairs.
Earn weekly bonus payments tied to every single service performed, on top of your guaranteed hourly rate.
