The Analyst will provide support to a team responsible for origination, structuring, underwriting, and distributing syndicated loans to corporate clients and sponsors across Latin America and the Caribbean.
What You’ll Do
Prepare customized pitch books, client proposals, and general purpose marketing material to support the team's sale efforts throughout the region
Prepare Confidential Information Memorandums, Lenders Presentations and other marketing materials
Build financial models to determine optimum capital structure for potential transactions
Manage syndication sites, answer investor questions and communicate with participating lenders
Interact effectively with various departments at the Bank across different countries to ensure a seamless execution of transactions
Conduct market research and remain current on the latest trends in the leveraged and investment grade loan markets
What You’ll Bring
Financial, accounting, and computer literacy as well as excellent written and oral communication skills; this is a complex and demanding environment with few guidelines
Considerable initiative, creativity, attention to details and good judgment
A high level of commitment and a strong sense of teamwork are needed to succeed in the role
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Knowledge of Bloomberg would be a plus
Bachelor degree with concentration in Business/Finance
