Job Summary
As Premier & Private Bank Relationship Manager, you will be the main point of contact for a select group of Bank of Jackson Hole’s affluent clients. Your responsibilities include growing the deposit portfolio, cultivating and retaining relationships, tailoring Premier & Private Bank products and services to attract high‑net‑worth individuals and businesses, and expanding ongoing relationships with new and existing clients.
Responsibilities
Deposit portfolio growth and maintenance of positive relationships between the Bank and Premier & Private Bank clients.
Team collaboration within the organization to achieve sales and service objectives.
Cultivation, retention, and growth of the Premier and Private Bank client base.
Attract high‑net‑worth individuals and businesses through tailored products and services.
Maintain and expand ongoing relationships with new and existing Premier & Private Bank clients.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in progressive sales management, extraordinary client service, and client/prospect calling experience.
Desired Skills
Previous Premier & Private Banker experience and exceptional Client Services experience.
Previous Wealth Management / Financial Planning Experience.
Passionate and motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately.
Logical thinking for sound decision‑making, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn various systems.
Strong financial acumen and conceptual understanding of risk management and banking products.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Track record of prospecting new relationships and enhancing existing ones, meeting or exceeding goals.
Cooperative teamwork and ability to make authoritative decisions after ample consideration.
