Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and logistics, is seeking a Pallet Repair Worker to join their team on the
GRAVEYARD
shift. As a Pallet Repair Worker you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the production and distribution teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:
$19
Shift:
Monday - Friday, 10pm - 6:30am
What's the Job?
Build wooden pallets from recycled materials, deconstructed pallets, and lumber
Repair damaged pallets to return them to a service-ready condition
Sort and separate pallets based on condition and grade
Identify damaged pallets and assess repair needs
Work safely with PPE and follow all safety regulations
What's Needed?
Ability to lift, push, and pull wooden pallets regularly
Quick hands, attention to detail, and commitment to quality
Observance of all safety rules and regulations
Ability to interpret instructions in various formats (written, oral, diagram, schedule)
