Job Description
Reporting to the Production Manager, the Lamination Machine Operator is responsible for applying film to textiles and preparing rolls for shipment. The Operator monitors variables to maintain proper machine conditions and works with the Quality Control Lab and Technical staff to adjust run conditions to produce required targets and properties of fabric rolls.

Full time, onsite
Schedule:
Monday‑Friday, 3:45 pm – 2:00 am
Compensation:
Starting hourly rate of $21.00 an hour, with a $2.00 an hour shift differential. A $0.50 an hour increase is given after 90 days of employment. A $3,000 retention bonus will be paid out in $1,000 increments at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year.
Responsibilities
Apply film to textile and prepare rolls for shipment
Follow instructions for laminating rolls
Monitor machine variables to maintain proper conditions
Work with Quality Control Lab and Technical staff to adjust run conditions to produce required targets and properties of fabric rolls
Conform to all safety guidelines and procedures
Operate equipment according to SOP and specifications provided
Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred
Basic reading, writing and math skills
Ability to read, write and speak basic English
Previous experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
Reliable transportation required
Pre‑employment physical, drug screen & background check required
Desired Strengths
Proven work experience in a manufacturing setting
Familiarity with use of fork trucks, pallet jacks, and other necessary warehouse equipment
Physical stamina and dexterity; ability to lift or move at least 40 lbs
Positive, team‑work focused attitude; works well with others
Awareness of exposure to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibrations
Ability to work in a loud environment
