Key Responsibilities
Support
AML, ABC, and financial crime programs , ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Coordinate
data privacy initiatives , including PrivacyMark documentation and data protection assessments.
Monitor
trade sanctions and competition law compliance , escalating risks where necessary.
Assist in delivering
compliance training and audit support , maintaining proper documentation.
Support the review and preparation of
commercial contracts and legal documents .
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience
3+ years of experience in
compliance, legal, or risk management within financial services .
Knowledge of
Japanese financial regulations (JFSA), corporate law, or data privacy laws (APPI) .
Experience handling
regulatory documentation and compliance processes .
Soft Skills
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across
multiple business units .
Proactive mindset with high attention to detail and
ethical judgment .
Ability to communicate effectively and provide guidance on
compliance matters .
Language Requirements
Japanese:
Fluent
English:
