Job Description

Lead Payroll Operation Consultant/Analyst

to provide ADP GlobalView and

Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)

consultancy for the following deliverables:
Provide SAP consultancy on the new ADP GlobalView application related to taxation and operations
Review, recommend, and implement process improvements within the payroll operations group
Support the definition and execution of relevant test scenarios
Develop payroll procedures
Consult on As-Is to To-Be process
The Payroll Project Analyst will work on a

payroll implementation to the ADP GlobalView platform . Ideally, candidates with ADP GlobalView experience are preferred, but it is not a strict requirement. The analyst will create and perform testing scenarios, develop process maps and training materials, identify process gaps, and assist with other project-related activities.
Depending on the candidate's location, we expect 3 weeks per month at the Corning location with no other travel required.
Education: Bachelor's degree required
Qualifications

The candidate should have experience as a Payroll Project Analyst working on a payroll implementation to the ADP GlobalView platform.
