Merck Gruppe - MSD Sharp & Dohme, Rahway, NJ, United States
Job Description
Are you passionate about building meaningful partnerships and making a tangible impact on public health?
We are looking for a
B2B Strategic Partnerships Manager Baltics
to design, launch, and scale long‑term collaborations across the Baltic healthcare ecosystem that expand access to vaccination and strengthen prevention lifelong.
This role goes beyond traditional business development. It focuses on co‑creating partnership models with healthcare providers, networks, and platforms that simplify the vaccination journey, improve and enable consumer identification and activation, and ultimately improve public health.
WHAT YOU WILL DO?
Build and scale strategic B2B partnerships:
Identify, evaluate, and engage strategic B2B partners across the Baltic markets.
Prioritize partnership opportunities based on strategic fit, scalability, and impact potential.
Lead the end‑to‑end partnership lifecycle: from opportunity identification and value‑proposition design to pilot execution and scale‑up.
Own clearly defined business and access outcomes for partnerships (e.g. access expansion, vaccination uptake, patient reach), aligned with country and Baltic priorities.
Develop long‑term, outcome‑driven partnerships, not one‑off commercial initiatives.
Co‑create innovative vaccination access models and customer experience:
Co‑design partnership models and customer experience that simplify the vaccination journey, remove system barriers, and improve access.
Support the launch of new vaccination pathways that complement public programs and accelerate uptake in out‑of‑pocket setting.
Ensure partnerships align with public health and prevention priorities.
Market insight and opportunity identification:
Perform continuous market and ecosystem analysis to prioritize partnership opportunities aligned to defined portfolio, country, and public health priorities.
Translate external insights into actionable partnership concepts and business cases.
Cross‑functional collaboration:
Act as Baltics’
single point of accountability
for assigned strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment, decision‑making, and escalation across functions (Medical, Market Access, Policy, Commercial, and Marketing) and countries as needed.
Governance, compliance, and performance tracking:
Ensure all partnership activities are conducted fully in line with industry regulations and policies.
Define success metrics and track partnership performance.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
Experience and background:
University degree in business, marketing, health sciences, public health, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus).
Experience in B2B partnerships or business development, and managing complex, multi‑stakeholder collaborations.
Exposure to healthcare, life sciences, health services, insurance, occupational health, or similar environments is a plus.
Experience working across multiple markets or in matrix organizations.
Key capabilities include:

Excellent relationship‑building and influencing skills, including engagement with senior external partners.
Ability to design and execute partnership models, from concept to pilot to scale.

Personal attributes:

Motivated by impact in healthcare and prevention.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE?
