Aquatics Director: Lead Water Programs & Team Growth

The National Council of Young Men’s Christian Associations of the United States of America is seeking an Aquatic Director in El Dorado, Kansas. The role requires leadership of the Aquatics department, management of budget targets, recruitment and training of staff, and compliance with safety regulations. Candidates should have relevant experience in aquatics and staff management. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and a commitment to YMCA values is necessary. This position offers a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
