We’re looking for a junior UX / Digital Designer with strong visual design fundamentals and a curiosity for how things get built. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands‑on experience designing and supporting real digital products, with exposure to tools like Webflow.
You’ll work across web pages, components, and digital experiences while helping maintain and evolve a growing website and design system.
What you’ll do
Design clean, user-friendly web pages and components in Figma
Support website updates, builds, and content changes
Translate designs into Webflow, or learn quickly on the job
Help maintain and evolve a simple, scalable design system
Partner with product, UX, and engineering on execution
Keep files organized and aligned with development
What we’re looking for
2–3 years of experience in UX, web, or digital design
Strong portfolio showing thoughtful UI and layout skills
Proficiency in Figma
Exposure to Webflow or similar no-code tools
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS fundamentals
Detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn
Nice to have
Experience with design systems or component libraries
Marketing or content-driven website experience
