Group Leader Position – Danvers Recreation Fun Club After School Program
The Danvers Recreation Fun Club After School Program seeks qualified candidates to join our team as a Group Leader.
The program is a licensed school‑age childcare program. The duties require working with children ages 5‑11. Staff must participate in various training as well through the Town.
This is a great opportunity for students thinking about going into the education field or who are currently studying in that field
to get real‑world experience!
This position works up to 20 hours per week, Monday‑Friday. Exact hours are dependent upon the school schedule and may vary slightly due to early release days or school vacations. This is a non‑union position, with an increased starting rate depending upon college enrollment or graduation status.
This position will remain open until filled with a deadline to apply of 6/30/2026. We anticipate bringing on
five to seven (5‑7)
new team members as Group Leaders.
