End-to-End Exposure:

What You’ll Do
Lead and support
design, permitting, and execution
of water and wastewater infrastructure projects
Prepare and review
engineering reports, calculations, and construction drawings
Manage
project budgets, schedules, and deliverables
across multiple active projects
Perform and support
hydraulic and water system modeling
Coordinate with
multidisciplinary teams
(engineering, field, and municipal stakeholders)
Support
permitting efforts
including NPDES, WQM, and PA Act 537 planning
Contribute to
proposals, client presentations, and business development efforts
Assist with
construction oversight and field coordination
Lead smaller projects independently while supporting larger capital programs
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
FE required ;
PE or ability to obtain within 6 months strongly preferred
Experience in
water/wastewater design, infrastructure, or municipal engineering
Proficiency with
AutoCAD and/or MicroStation
Familiarity with
WaterCAD, SewerCAD, EPA-SWMM, or similar modeling tools
is a plus
Ability to interpret
GIS, survey data, and engineering drawings
Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Valid U.S. driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed
What You’ll Work On
Potable water systems, treatment, and distribution
Wastewater collection, conveyance, and treatment systems
Pump stations, pipelines, and sewer networks
Wet weather projects (CSO/SSO mitigation)
Environmental compliance and permitting
Feasibility studies and infrastructure planning
