We are currently looking for a Technical Consultant in Italy. This role sits at the intersection of technology and client success, delivering impactful software solutions in a fast‑evolving market. You will implement, customize, and optimize enterprise software, acting as a bridge between technical teams and customers to ensure aligned, measurable results. With hands‑on development and consulting expertise, you will drive end‑to‑end project delivery from design to deployment and support in a dynamic, innovation‑driven environment.
Accountabilities
Lead and support software implementation projects, ensuring solutions align with customer requirements and expectations
Act as the main technical liaison between customers and internal teams, facilitating clear communication and successful outcomes
Design, develop, customize, and maintain software solutions, ensuring performance, scalability, and quality standards
Create and review technical design documentation based on functional specifications
Perform testing, debugging, and optimization of applications to ensure reliability and efficiency
Support system integrations with client environments, including legacy systems and third‑party tools
Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers and internal teamsContribute to knowledge sharing, best practices, and continuous improvement of development processes
Ensure timely delivery of tasks within scope, budget, and quality expectations
Requirements
1–3+ years of experience in ERP implementations or software consulting roles
Strong development experience with X++ and SQL, including performance tuning
Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing)
Experience in system customization, integration, and API development
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, and deployment practices
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and documentation
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
Experience working directly with clients and managing stakeholder expectations
Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Knowledge of cloud technologies, DevOps, and enterprise architecture concepts is a plus
