Job Summary
We are actively seeking experienced
Line Leads
to support a fast‑paced production and packaging environment.
Shift:
Night shift
Pay:
$25.99/hour
Key Responsibilities
Lead and monitor production line operations to ensure efficiency and product quality
Observe machine performance and identify issues such as jams, slowdowns, or defects
Stop/reset equipment when needed and escalate mechanical issues appropriately
Inspect finished goods and remove defective products or packaging materials
Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and compliance with shipping requirements
Maintain workflow by preventing pileups and production interruptions
Preferred Skills & Experience
GMP Knowledge:
Understanding of food safety regulations and compliance standards
Packaging Equipment:
Experience using strapping tools, adhesives, labeling systems, and related equipment
Machine Operations:
Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment
Quality Control:
Strong attention to detail with experience ensuring packaging standards are met
Critical Thinking:
Ability to quickly assess issues and determine effective solutions
Bilingual (Preferred):
Spanish/English strongly desired
Example Daily Activities
Attach labels to finished products for shipping
Sort, grade, weigh, and verify product specifications
Monitor line flow and address jams or slowdowns
Inspect products and remove defective items
Start and operate machinery using proper controls

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Reliability and willingness to work night shift
