
Maintenance Specialist I

CTG is hiring a Maintenance Specialist I. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional with strong scheduling, coordination, and administrative support experience in a technical environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize workforce scheduling using eSOMs, including overtime, rotations, and training coordination
Ensure compliance with fatigue management requirements and applicable labor agreements
Analyze workforce data and generate reports to support scheduling, payroll audits, and operational decisions
Coordinate travel, training, medicals, and certifications for maintenance personnel
Maintain workforce calendars, overtime lists, and staffing plans (man-loading)
Provide administrative and technical support to Maintenance leadership
Support outage activities, including scheduling, onboarding/offboarding, and time tracking
Handle documentation, reporting, and records management for maintenance operations

Knowledge of labor agreements and compliance-driven processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree + 4 years of experience; OR
Associate’s degree + 7 years of experience; OR
High school diploma/GED + 7 years of relevant experience
Background in administrative or technical support within a highly regulated or industrial setting preferred
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $36.00 to $44.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
