Job Description
MoneyLion is looking for a Brand Intern who lives at the intersection of money, culture, and the internet—someone who knows what’s trending before it trends. This role will support brand, social, and campaign efforts, helping bring ideas to life across channels.

What You’ll Work On

Track and analyze brand + content performance metrics (engagement, views, conversion signals)

Help bring campaign ideas to life (summer campaign, cultural moments, product drops)

Support always‑on social + content creation (trend spotting, ideation, scripting)

Help bring campaign ideas to life (summer campaign, cultural moments, product drops)

Assist with real customer storytelling (testimonials, UGC, pulling standout quotes + shaping narratives)

Contribute to in‑app content ideas that drive engagement

Support competitive and cultural analysis to identify opportunities and trends

Research internet culture, trends, and competitors to keep MoneyLion relevant and ahead

Support creator/influencer efforts (sourcing, tracking, organizing content)

Help with brand strategy + creative ideations

Jump into IRL activations + scrappy brand moments when needed

Who You Are

Deeply tapped into TikTok, Instagram, and internet culture

A creative thinker who brings ideas, not just execution

Strong at short‑form writing (hooks, captions, scripts)

Organized and able to juggle multiple projects

Curious about money, fintech, and consumer behavior

Comfortable working with data and pulling insights from performance metrics

Scrappy, proactive, and comfortable in a fast‑moving environment

Bonus Points

You’ve run a social account, brand page, or content channel

Experience with UGC or creator content

Basic editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)

Comfortable with Slides or Figma
