Per Diem Hospice RN — Home Care (Canton Area)

VNA Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse for a per diem position in the Canton area. You will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing care plans, and providing exceptional end-of-life care for patients and their families. The role requires at least one year of experience in an acute care setting and hospice care. The compensation is based on experience, ranging from $45.00 to $47.00 per hour, plus evening and weekend differentials.
