About Our Family:
We are a busy, active family of seven with five children, ages 3-10. Our family is often on the go, with all the kids involved in sports and extracurricular activities, while Mom & Dad juggle the demands of running multiple businesses. We lead a full and fast‑paced life. We value spending quality time together, and we are looking for somebody to help support the daily demands of home management.
Our goal is to find a reliable partner who can help us manage the balance between work, family, and home responsibilities. We are looking for someone to help with organizing the house, light meal prep, laundry, and supporting our family’s daily routines. We want someone who can take ownership of these tasks, allowing us to focus our energy on our family and our work.
We are a hands‑on and collaborative family. While we do have systems in place, we’re eager to work with someone who can bring fresh ideas and help us fine‑tune our home operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable with a busy, changing schedule. We’re looking for someone who is flexible, calm, and confident in handling multiple priorities at once.
We believe in open communication and a partnership built on trust and mutual respect. As we work together, we look forward to establishing systems that help our household run smoothly, giving us more time to be present with our kids and enjoy family time. If you are an experienced, detail‑oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic household, we would love to meet you!
