While trade compliance experience is a plus, we welcome candidates from broader procurement, supply chain, PMO, or manufacturing project environments who bring strong project leadership and curiosity to learn.**Key Responsibilities*** Lead strategic cross-functional projects across procurement, trade compliance, and supply chain initiatives* Drive project planning, timelines, governance, risk management, and successful delivery* Partner with procurement, product management, and compliance stakeholders to support trade and tariff-related initiatives* Support integration of compliance considerations into new product development processes* Identify challenges, solve problems proactively, and drive continuous improvement opportunities* Manage project communications, progress reporting, and stakeholder alignment at a global level* Ensure projects meet quality, compliance, budget, and timeline expectations* Contribute to a structured PMO environment while helping challenge existing ways of working and driving positive change**Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field* A few years of experience in project/program management, PMO, procurement, supply chain, or related functions* Proven track record leading complex projects in a global, cross-functional environment* Strong problem-solving skills and experience managing ambiguity and shifting priorities* Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments strongly preferred* Background in procurement or supply chain project management preferred* Exposure to trade compliance or tariff management is a advantage* Structured, proactive, and highly driven approach to execution* Strong communication, governance, and project planning skills* Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Asana, Trello or similar)We believe you have experience from procurement, supply chain, PMO, trade compliance, or a similar environment where you’ve led projects, solved problems, and driven change.
