Full Stack Engineer (Hybrid, Dallas, TX area) W2
What You'll Do
Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services with Java and Spring frameworks
Build and optimize APIs, ensuring seamless integration and high performance
Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for rapid and reliable deployment
Utilize Kubernetes for container orchestration within cloud environments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance user experiences
Participate in Agile development cycles and share your expertise to foster best practices and continuous improvement
Required Skills
6+ years of hands‑on backend software development experience
Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
Solid understanding of SQL for basic querying
Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines
Familiarity with Kubernetes for containerized applications
Knowledge of cloud services (AWS or Azure)
API development expertise, including RESTful design and documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger)
Experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins, GitHub, and Maven
Nice to Have Skills
Experience with Python and Node.js backend frameworks
Working knowledge of NoSQL databases
Proven mentoring abilities and experience working in Agile environments
Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
Additional experience with performance optimization and distributed systems
Preferred Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
6+ years of professional backend development
Prior experience working in financial services or similar high‑scale environments
Estimated Min Rate: $49.70
Estimated Max Rate: $71.00
