The Missions & Admin Team Leader’s purpose is to send CCC members out on mission while maintaining the administrative functions of the church they call home.
This is a full-time position that reports to our Lead Pastor and oversees multiple teams of volunteers.
This position oversees all missions activity including missional programming and trips, maintaining partner relationships, recruiting and training participants, developing and sending leaders to long-term assignments, and the missions budget.
In addition, this leader will also oversee the administrative functions of CCC including facilities, finances, communications, volunteer coordination, data management, and technology.
