WHO YOU ARE:

You lead a team of Data Solutions Analysts by providing hands‑on guidance, prioritization, and quality oversight to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable analytics that support Service Operations and improve member outcomes. You are a data‑driven people leader who combines strong analytical expertise, data governance discipline, and technical fluency to translate complex business needs into clear insights, dashboards, and models that enable informed operational decisions. You partner cross‑functionally with Service Operations, analytics, technology, and compliance leaders to align analytical execution with organizational strategy, proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities, and drive efficiency, transparency, and continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities, workload, and priorities of Data Solutions Analysts supporting Service Operations.

Translate department strategy and roadmap into actionable deliverables and ensure on‑time, high‑quality execution.

Review, validate, and provide quality assurance for analytical outputs, dashboards, reporting, and data models prior to delivery.

Partner with Service Operations leaders to understand business needs and translate them into clear analytical requirements.

Provide hands‑on technical support and subject‑matter guidance across analytics, reporting, and data tools as needed.

Coach, mentor, and develop analysts through regular feedback, skill‑building, and career development planning.

Monitor workload balance, capacity, and productivity to ensure efficient use of analytics resources.

Support cost/benefit analyses, staffing forecasts, and workload planning in partnership with the Manager.

Reinforce and ensure adherence to Golden 1 data governance standards, documentation practices, and data ethics principles.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of Operations metrics including productivity, quality, forecasting, and efficiency measures.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation that enhance analytical efficiency and insight delivery.

Escalate risks, data issues, or capacity concerns appropriately with proposed solutions.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with other analytics, technology, compliance, and operations teams to strengthen enterprise alignment.

Supports executive, compliance, or operational leadership with timely and accurate analytical insights during urgent or high‑visibility requests.

Foster a positive and engaging work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS AND PREFERENCES:

Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Decision Sciences, Operations Research, Management Science, Digital Marketing, or directly relevant experience alongside applicable certifications.

3+ years data solutions required.

3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related analytical functions required.

3+ years of experience in Finance or Operations supporting data‑driven decision‑making within a data warehouse or equivalent environment required.

Prior people leadership, or other relevant experience required.
