$55-60,000 a year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support ACTS Leads and Security Agents in daily activities as required by customer specifications.
Assist in scheduling and assigning Security Agents to ensure adequate coverage and relief.
Act as liaison for Local Airline Customers, Host Catering units, TSA, and other Government Authorities.
Maintain all security‑related records in compliance with local Airline Customers, TSA, and Government requirements.
Conduct scheduled audits of employee work performance, including video reviews, per ACTS policies.
Ensure all Government, Customer, Airline, and local requirements are met.
Report daily, weekly, and monthly activities to management.
Provide and verify training and orientation for employees.
Collaborate with Regional HR Manager to recruit, hire, and retain high‑quality Security Agents.
Apply necessary discipline to Agents as required.
Adhere to provisions, regulations, procedures, and processes in the current collective bargaining agreement.
Perform any other duties assigned by ACTS-Aviation Security management.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of Airport Management Experience (non‑aviation).
Knowledge of airline and catering security regulations.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
