If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.## ## Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, this Summer, we’re looking to add a **Test Engineering Intern** located in our **Austin, TX Corporate HQ** site.Reporting to the **PSG Manager,** the student will assist with daily engineering tasks while learning, collaborating and working alongside Engineers and cross-functional teams.**What a typical day looks like:*** Execute functional tests on various electronic devices or hardware components.* Use diagnostic tools and software utilities to evaluate functionality and identify issues.* Perform visual inspections, functionality checks, and test documentation.* Record defects, error codes, and test outcomes accurately.* Support technical troubleshooting under guidance from senior technicians or engineers.* Document failure modes, inconsistencies, and testing variances.* Perform root‐cause analysis for recurring failures using Pareto, 5 Whys, and fishbone diagrams.* Maintain detailed logs and ensure accurate data entry into tracking systems.* Assist with reporting KPIs such as FPY, test failure rates, process accuracy, and rework cycles.* Support basic analysis using Excel or Power BI.**Student qualities we’re seeking for this internship assignment:*** Currently enrolled student pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (undergrads only).* Interest in diagnostics, quality, or hands‐on technical work.* Strong analytical and problem‐solving abilities.* Basic experience with Excel or similar tools.**Internship Program Requirements:*** Available to work 40 hours/week (in-person) for 10-12 week Summer assignment* Currently enrolled in 4-year accredited university* 3.0 minimum GPA## ## Job CategoryInternRelocation: Not eligible## NoFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
