This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-facing role, understands automotive service workflows, and can effectively communicate between customers and technicians in a fast-paced environment.### ## **Position Summary**The Express Lube Advisor presents a friendly, professional greeting to customers and helps identify, confirm, and offer resolution to customer concerns.
