*Reports to: Director of Customer Service and Marketing Services*---**About the Role****Customer Service Specialist**, where you'll be the friendly voice and helpful hand that connects our customers to the products they love. From answering questions to processing orders and resolving issues, you'll play a key role in ensuring satisfaction and building lasting relationships.**What You’ll Do*** Be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email* Process orders for fresh and frozen bread with accuracy and care* Communicate professionally with Brokers, Buyers, and our Sales Team* Proactively identify and resolve pricing, delivery, and quantity issues* Provide product brochures, spec sheets, and photos upon request* Support large-volume customers with top-tier service* Maintain accurate records of quality and service issues* Set up new customer accounts and manage data entry* Stay informed about our products and their applications across industries**What We Value*** A positive, professional attitude in all interactions* Reliability and punctuality* Flexibility and adaptability to change* Team-oriented mindset and willingness to assist others* Clear and consistent communication with supervisors and peersIf you're a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves helping others, we’d love to hear from you!## Qualifications**What You Bring*** 3+ years of customer service experience* Associate’s degree or higher preferred* Strong communication skills—both written and verbal* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite* Excellent time management and organizational skills* Ability to resolve conflicts and prioritize tasks effectively* Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods* Occasionally lift up to 15 pounds
