Lead Project Engineer – Americas
Location: Greenville, South Carolina (3 positions), Schenectady, New York (3 positions)
Pay Range: $57 – $64 per hour
What’s the Job?
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers and EPCs
Provide technical project leadership and coordinate engineering activities across teams
Lead customer meetings including CKOMs and Design Liaison Meetings (DLMs)
Manage engineering scope changes, cost/schedule impacts, and change orders
Resolve cross-functional technical issues and mitigate project risks
What’s Needed?
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering OR High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Engineering, Design Engineering, or Field Engineering
Ability to travel approximately 10%–15%
Strong communication and leadership skills (verbal and written)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Must Have
Experience working in Project Engineering, Design Engineering, or Field Engineering
Customer-facing technical or engineering experience
Strong communication skills with ability to interface with clients and cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering OR equivalent experience (5+ years if no degree)
