For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $22 - $31 per hour, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

What will you do:
Execute standardized manufacturing and production processes with precision and attention to detail
Perform basic maintenance procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance
Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency
Apply technical knowledge to maintain quality standards throughout the production process
Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain safety standards

Strong technical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes
Vocational or technical education in related field
Demonstrated ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain quality standards
