AOG Aircraft Technical Specialist (Onsite — Columbus)

Embraer is seeking a Technical Representative in Columbus, Ohio to support Executive Aviation customers with technical issues. This role requires at least 5 years of experience in aviation, particularly in troubleshooting Phenom and/or Praetor aircraft. Key responsibilities include managing Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations, providing customer support, and analyzing technical data. The ideal candidate will possess a BA in a relevant engineering discipline and strong technical knowledge of aircraft systems. Flexibility to work shifts and on-call hours is required.
