Automotive Sales Manager – Melloy Ford (Albuquerque / Los Lunas)

Melloy Auto Group is a family-owned dealership serving New Mexico for over 60 years. We’re looking for a proven Sales Manager who knows how to drive performance, hold people accountable, and close deals the right way.

This is not a desk job. This is a production role. If your team sells, you get paid. If they don’t, you won’t.

You’ll be leading a team representing Ford Motor Company products with the inventory, support, and structure to perform—but execution is on you.

What You’ll Do

Desk deals, structure transactions, and close customers consistently

Train, coach, and hold salespeople accountable to daily activity and results

Manage internet leads, showroom traffic, and follow‑up processes

Drive volume, gross, and overall department performance

Maintain high CSI/NPS scores by ensuring a transparent, professional buying experience

Work closely with finance to maximize deal profitability without compromising customer trust

Monitor inventory, pricing, and aging units

Set the tone for urgency, accountability, and integrity on the sales floor

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Finance Manager in a dealership

Track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining strong customer satisfaction scores

Strong desk skills (not just a title)

Ability to train and develop salespeople, not just replace them

High level of accountability, professionalism, and integrity

Comfortable working long hours, including evenings and weekends

Valid driver’s license
