Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Cincinnati Inc seeks a part-time staff member to assist Program Leaders in implementing youth programs. The ideal candidate will possess a High School Diploma and have experience in youth development, with strong communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities include program facilitation, maintaining records, and providing guidance to members. A positive and energetic approach is essential, along with CPR and First Aid certification preferred. The position offers an hourly rate of $14.50 and great benefits including paid PTO and holidays.
