Digital Solutions Consultant (Adobe Commerce / Business Analyst)
Position Overview
Blue Acorn iCi is seeking a

Digital Solutions Consultant (DSC)

with strong

Adobe Commerce (Magento)

experience and a solid background in

business analysis and functional consulting .

This role will act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that

ecommerce requirements are clearly defined, documented, and translated into scalable Adobe Commerce solutions .

This position requires a hands‑on, detail‑oriented professional who can support

end‑to‑end ecommerce implementations , from discovery through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to

gather, analyze, and document requirements

for Adobe Commerce initiatives

Translate business needs into

clear user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria

Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate

implementation of ecommerce features and integrations

Support

end‑to‑end Adobe Commerce (Magento) implementations , including catalog, checkout, promotions, and payment workflows

Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder alignment across business and technical teams

Ensure

data, integrations, and platform configurations

align with business requirements and best practices

Identify gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities across ecommerce experiences

Act as a liaison between

product, business, and development teams

to drive successful delivery

Required Qualifications

Strong experience working with

Adobe Commerce (Magento)

— required

Experience in a

Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or DSC role

within ecommerce environments

Proven ability to

gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions

Experience writing:

User stories

Functional documentation

Acceptance criteria

Solid understanding of

ecommerce workflows

(catalog, cart, checkout, promotions, payments)

Experience working in

cross‑functional teams

(business, product, engineering)

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with

Adobe Experience Cloud tools

(AEM, AEP, etc.)

Familiarity with

system integrations

(ERP, CRM, payment gateways)

Experience in

agile delivery environments

Location:

Norman, Oklahoma

Work Model:

On-site (5 days per week)
