Manufacturing Engineer – Corinth, Mississippi
This position will provide technical expertise necessary to design all aspects of production, costs, quality, compliance to safety guidelines, and environmental requirements for manufacturing. The strongest candidates will bring both machining experience and hands‑on experience with machining programming.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and implement enhancements and modifications to complex manufacturing operations equipment and processes.

Monitor sophisticated equipment and process reliability; identify and address problem areas.

Provide direct supervision, coaching, and development for operations technical staff and support areas.

Lead engineering support on planning, development, operation, and maintenance of equipment, processes, or facilities.

Required Qualifications

Degree in Engineering or STEM field is desired.

Strong machining experience, including machining programming.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred Knowledge & Skills

Lean manufacturing principles and implementation.

Manufacturing equipment maintenance and safety compliance.

Manufacturing process selection and optimization.

Manufacturing safety, standards, and procedures.

Problem management and root‑cause analysis.
