Clean Harbors in Kent, WA is looking for a
Field Service Project Manager
to join our team. The FSPM is responsible for managing large‑scale projects at a variety of customer locations and works directly with other team members, supervisors, and the Branch Manager. The role includes the performance of tasks associated with emergency response (emergency spill cleanup), hazardous waste clean‑up, site remediation (tank and pit cleaning), equipment decontamination, and handling of hazardous materials.

Responsibilities
Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
Manages and oversees small to midsize, technically complex projects involving waste site clean‑up and construction, building and equipment decontamination, and demolition.
Prepares proposals, including cost estimates and work scopes and schedules.
Acts as an agent of business and is involved with developing relationships with key customers and understanding the customer issues.
Provides timely, concise and relevant information to superiors and subordinates.
Provides technical support for proposal preparation, project cost estimates and subcontractor selection and procurement.
Enforces the policies and procedures as they relate to Health & Safety and works closely with the Director of Health and Safety and VP of Site Services to resolve issues in an appropriate and timely manner.
Performs other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management and will be required by the needs of the Clean Harbors business.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
3+ years of environmental field service operations experience.
Leadership/supervisor experience preferred.
Emergency response supervisor training and Marine Spill Response training preferred.
Strong understanding of equipment operations.
Knowledge of federal and state environmental regulation.
Required Qualifications
Environmental field service operations.
Cost estimating and computer experience.
Strong environmental remediation background and experience.
In‑depth knowledge of remedial technologies.
Previous experience working in Emergency Response.
