This role focuses on day‑to‑day design execution across collateral, digital, and event materials, working within established template systems. The designer collaborates closely with team leads, takes creative direction from the art director, and ensures all designs align with brand and project requirements. Responsibilities include meeting with team members to discuss tactics and due dates, and working collaboratively to keep each project on target and on schedule. The role involves creating and adapting layouts for web banners, social posts, email modules, and PPT templates, as well as preparing images and artwork for print and digital production according to required specifications. The designer maintains and updates design‑system libraries and component files, collaborates with copywriters, product managers, and other designers to resolve issues, participates in design critiques and feedback, and ensures compliance with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.

What You Bring
BA in Graphic Arts
2‑4 years of experience
Strong expertise in design layout and composition, with a solid command of typography and color theory
Clear understanding of brand standards and commitment to brand consistency
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Strong communicator with clear, effective verbal and written skills
Highly organized, with the ability to manage deadlines and timelines across multiple projects
Collaborative team player who contributes across all phases of a project
Compensation
The estimated hourly range for this position is $37.31 to $51.29 per hour at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job‑permitted factors. As a temporary associate, your employment will be managed directly through our approved agency provider.
