The Job

Define and execute performance marketing strategiesacross awareness, consideration, and conversion
Take ownership of key performance metricssuch as ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, engagement, and overall business impact
Translate businessobjectivesintoclear, actionable performance roadmaps
Drive testing, experimentation, and continuous optimizationacross channels (paid social, search, display, video, marketplaces)
Optimizemedia investmentswith a strong focus on both short-term results and long-term brand growth
Work closely with CRO, CRM, content, and strategy teamsto maximize impact across touchpoints
Act as asenior sparring partner for clients- connecting media performance to broader business goals
Supportpre-sales and pitcheswith strong, data-driven cases
Leverage automation and AIto scale performance efficiently and intelligently
Youdon’tjust drive traffic-you drive impact.
Your profile
What you bring
Stronghands-on experience in performance marketingacross multiple channels (Google, social, display, video, etc.)
Proven ability todrive measurable impact across the funnel-from awareness to conversion
Deepexpertisein platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and analytics tools
Strong understanding ofmedia strategy, audience targeting, and customer journeys
Ability to connect campaign performance tobroader business outcomesand brand objectives
Experience in bothecommerce and lead generation or brand campaignsis a plus
Experiencementoring or guiding peersis a plus (without being in a formal leadership role)
