Overview
The Experiential Marketing Specialist supports the execution and development of on‑property marketing initiatives by translating operational programming into structured, marketable guest experiences. This role helps bridge Marketing and Operations, ensuring activations, events, and seasonal offerings are clearly defined, elevated, and aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
This position reports directly to the Director of Marketing and works closely with the Brand Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Manager to support broader campaign initiatives.
This is not a traditional event planning role and does not own operational programming. Instead, this role supports by organizing, enhancing, and preparing experiences for marketing amplification.
Responsibilities
Experience Development & Alignment
Partner with Food & Beverage and operational teams to gather, organize, and formalize programming details for marketing use (events, activations, seasonal offerings)
Translate operational initiatives into clear, marketable experiences with defined details, including timing, offerings, and guest value
Support the identification of opportunities to elevate programming through creative enhancements, partnerships, and added guest touchpoints
Help ensure experiences align with Omni brand standards and property‑level marketing strategy
Marketing Integration
Support communication between Marketing and Operations to ensure alignment and readiness for promotion across all channels
Assist the Marketing team in bringing campaigns to life on property through well‑defined and executable experiences
Ensure accuracy and completeness of event and activation details used in marketing materials
Provide observations and feedback on guest engagement and overall experience effectiveness
Execution Support
Support the on‑property execution of marketing‑led activations and initiatives as needed
Assist with coordination of logistics, including timelines, vendor communication, materials, and setup
Provide on‑site support during key activations to ensure alignment with marketing intent and guest experience expectations
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Brand Marketing and Digital Marketing teams to support broader campaign initiatives as needed
Maintain clear communication across departments to ensure consistency and accuracy of shared information

Experience Translation: Ability to take loosely defined ideas or operational programming and translate them into clear, structured, and marketable guest experiences
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Builds strong working relationships across departments to support alignment between Marketing and Operations
Executional Awareness: Understands how experiences come to life on property and can anticipate potential needs or challenges
Creative Thinking: Identifies opportunities to enhance programming through thoughtful, guest‑focused ideas
Attention to Detail: Ensures all experience elements are accurate, complete, and clearly defined
Organizational Agility: Manages multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Communication Skills: Clearly communicates ideas, expectations, and updates across teams
Guest‑Centric Mindset: Approaches all work through the lens of the guest experience
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in hospitality, events, marketing, or a related field preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to translate ideas into clear, actionable plans
Creative mindset with attention to detail and a focus on guest experience
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with marketing or design tools is a plus
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
