We’re looking for a
Video & Social Media
Intern to help expand the reach and impact of Achievers’ video content across campaigns, channels, and platforms.
This internship is ideal for a student interested in short‑form video, content repurposing, and social-first storytelling. You’ll support video production workflows and help turn long‑form content into engaging, repeatable assets that scale across marketing initiatives.
This role can be scoped to 4- or 8-month terms, in alignment with Achievers’ internal co‑op and internship program.
How you'll shape Content Marketing at Achievers:
Video support and repurposing
Clip long‑form video content (webinars, podcasts, recorded sessions) into short‑form assets.
Organize, label, and manage video assets for easy reuse.
Support the development of repeatable video clipping and handoff workflows.
Assist with thumbnail creation for YouTube and other video platforms.
Short‑form and social video support
Support short‑form video creation for campaigns, web, and social channels.
Adapt content for different formats and use cases.
Help ensure assets are on brand and optimized for each channel.
Production and filming support
Support filming days through setup assistance and coordination.
Help maintain consistency and organization across production workflows.
Publishing and coordination support
Assist with publishing video assets and associated metadata.
Support timelines and coordination across campaigns and initiatives.
Process and system improvement
Help document video workflows and best practices.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, clarity, and scalability in video operations.
What you will learn & who you are:
How B2B video content is planned, produced, repurposed, and distributed.
How video supports integrated campaigns, thought leadership, and demand generation.
How operational systems enable creative teams to scale output sustainably.
Currently enrolled in a university or accredited college program.
Interested in video production, digital media, or social content.
Comfortable working with video files, assets, and basic editing tools.
Organized, detail‑oriented, and excited by repeatable creative workflows.
Able to work full time for the duration of the internship term.

$20.00 - $26.00 / hour reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role based on current market data. The final offer will depend on several factors, including your skills, experience, and any relevant certifications.
