Position Purpose
In this essential role, you will assist and manage intriguing visual media, email campaigns, and inviting website content. Grow on-line and in-person engagement, and perform a comprehensive digital outreach design across social media, email, and the school's website.

Essential Performance Responsibilities
Collaborating with school administration and staff, directs the marketing of all active and upcoming campaigns
Designs and creates marketing materials such as ad campaigns, press releases, website designs, logos, direct mail campaigns, social media, etc.
Oversees interactions with public through implementing content strategies on digital media platforms
Maintains school supplies such as directional signs, flags, welcome mats, and printed material.
Oversees installation of merchandising and marketing displays.
Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve clientele and increase the goodwill of the school.
Communicates with various departments to improve school image.
Completes website changes and updates through the school's content management platform.
Engages with the online community promptly, and proactively manages content calendars.
Assists in gathering estimates and sources for marketing initiatives.
Oversees social media and online reputation on behalf of the school, resolve inquiries and reply to reviews and posts on social media.
Maintains current working knowledge of social media and digital platforms, tools, practices, trends and capabilities, including but not limited to, Facebook, X, Instagram, Google+, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Monitors digital presence of other schools to keep pace with trends and relevant content.
Assists in daily administrative responsibilities including invoice reconciliation and general upkeep of marketing material inventory.
Stays informed about the latest trends, suggesting and implementing new strategies.
Monitors and analyzes performance using analytics tools for continuous improvement.
Communicates effectively within a team environment.

Equipment
Uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, desktop computers, printers, copy and fax machines, possibly drone and telephone.
A smartphone capable of running applications and communication systems is required.

Travel may be required to market the school at certain events
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to use digital media effectively
Must have knowledge of mass communication principles
Must have the ability to develop digital designs and layout of content, be creative, use initiative, and ability to use various communications software and tools, such as camera, video and image editing
Must have excellent oral and written skills in English
Must have the ability to communicate effectively with the public
Ability to gather data, compile and analyze information and prepare summary reports
Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 preferred
Physical and Mental Demands, Work Hazards
Essential duties are performed primarily indoors and occasionally outdoors
Equipment typically used in the performance of duties includes cameras, smartphone, computer, possibly drone, and relevant software
Maintain a strict level of confidentiality regarding school information
