About Our Family
We are a busy family of four with two young children and demanding careers, navigating a full and active household without nearby extended family support. We’re looking for someone who can provide steady, reliable support to help keep the household running smoothly by managing key tasks, maintaining organization, and creating more ease in our daily routines. While the primary focus of the role is household support, there will also be opportunities to step in with childcare as needed, with the potential for that aspect to grow over time.
Overall, we’re hoping to find someone who enjoys creating order, being helpful, and becoming a trusted, supportive presence in a busy family environment.
In this role, you are
Experienced in household management , able to take ownership of tasks and manage multiple priorities independently
Proactive and self-directed , anticipating needs without requiring close oversight
Organized and detail-oriented , ensuring the home stays tidy, systems run smoothly, and nothing falls through the cracks
