Sundays, 1–5PM, plus four additional flexible evenings each week

$23-$28/hour based on experience

Can maintain a smoke-free environment
Has reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement available for errands completed during working hours)
Fragrance-free (no strong perfumes or scents)
Must be flexible and adaptable; comfortable adapting schedule to family’s seasonal travel

You’re flexible, adaptable, and ready to become an expert in keeping things running smoothly. You’ll help reset the home after a full day with the family ensuring everything is tidy and ready to go for the next day, allowing evenings to feel calm and mornings to start smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Household Management & Organization
Maintain household organization systems (closets, pantry, toys, etc.)
Reset and tidy rooms daily; maintain overall neatness and ensure home is prepped for cleaning services
Assist with seasonal clothing swaps, holiday decorations, and wrapping presents
Support packing/unpacking for travel or seasonal transitions
Prepare and coordinate donation drop offs and pick ups
Load/unload dishwasher, wipe surfaces, vacuum high-traffic areas
Prepare for family events, holidays, and guest stays—ensure linens are cleaned, soap dispensers are full, and snack baskets are stocked
Handle trash and recycling—take out bins and clean them when necessary
Inventory Management & Errands
Track and restock pantry containers, fridge, toiletries, household supplies
Create and manage running household supply lists
Coordinate and manage household Costco orders
Run errands: grocery shopping, returns, gift shopping
Handle package pickup, mail sorting, and deliveries
Meal Planning & Preparation
Prepare 1–2 healthy, protein-forward meals per week using whole foods
Help with meal prep, snack prep, and batch cooking
Accommodate dietary needs (gluten-free, dairy-free, protein-rich)
Involve kids in cooking and bring creative, fun energy to the kitchen
Shop for groceries and meal-related items
Clean kitchen post-prep and manage kitchen tidiness
Laundry & Linen Care
Wash, dry, fold, and organize family laundry (e.g., clothing, bedding, towels); collect towels from sauna
Iron, steam, and prepare outfits as needed
Empty lint traps daily and clean washing machine monthly
Manage linens: rotate bedding, refresh towels, restock essentials
Keep laundry areas tidy and well-stocked with supplies
Handle special care for delicates or uniforms
Pet Care
Feed and care for the dog, keep water bowls clean, assist with bathing, and administer medication as needed
Coordinate vet and grooming appointments
Keep pet supplies stocked and organized
Vehicle Management
Weekly car clean out, stock diaper bag and supplies
Ensure vehicles are fueled, cleaned, and organized
Vendor & Property Oversight
Oversee outdoor spaces and seasonal maintenance needs
Schedule and supervise service providers
Research and coordinate repairs, maintenance, and quotes if needed
Family Support & Child Assistance
Provide flexible childcare support (light supervision, playtime)
Support with child-related errands and laundry
Weekly date night support
Deep Cleaning & Special Projects
Tackle occasional deep cleans (fridge, oven, baseboards, etc.)
Maintain and refresh specific zones (entryways, garage, mudroom)
Clean humidifiers, washing machines, and air purifiers monthly
Organize special projects: toy storage, seasonal decorations, gear rotation
Empty bathroom trash cans and lint roll the couch
Rotate age-appropriate books on shelf
Switch out welcome mats on front porch
Wash shoes and manage shoe closet
Use the steam cleaner when things need some extra love
