What You’ll Do
As a Dunkin' Assistant Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
Assisting with guest satisfaction, product quality, financial performance and team development
Providing an exceptional guest experience and a positive working environment for the team
Leading in a fun, fast-paced environment while adhering to brand standards and maintaining a clean, organized restaurant
Managing costs, inventory, and shifts as a results-driven leader
Motivating, leading and developing the team
Training others on all aspects of the restaurant’s operations
Delivering legendary hospitality, great beverages and food products in a clean restaurant
What We’re Looking For
1 year assistant management experience (QSR experience a plus)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
A hands-on, can-do attitude with a passion for customer service
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
SERV Safe Certified
