skilled Veterinary Technician
to join our

Key Responsibilities
Obtain and record
patient histories
accurately
Communicate and educate pet owners about
preventative care ,
treatment plans , and
wellness services
Administer
medications, vaccines, and treatments
as prescribed
Perform
laboratory testing , including specimen collection and analysis
Assist with
anesthesia monitoring ,
surgical preparation , and
dental cleanings
Take
digital radiographs
and maintain
sterile equipment
Place IV catheters and assist veterinarians during procedures
Utilize
safe animal handling techniques
Enter medical data into
practice management software
Collaborate with team members to ensure
efficient clinic operations
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT)
preferred
Previous
veterinary clinic experience
required
Ability to work
10-hour shifts
and lift
50 lbs
Strong
computer skills
and knowledge of
veterinary terminology
Full-time or Part-time
Clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
Weekend/holiday rotation for
boarding and hospitalized patient care
