To see our fill list of Team Member Benefits please visit our career site:**Job Description:****Essential Job Functions**May include but are not limited to:* Generates revenue through new business to Seminole Classic Casino* Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with valued Guests by actively marketing gaming products, amenities, promotions, and hosted experiences.* Drive new business through high-volume outbound calling, telemarketing campaigns, and proactive sales strategies.* Telemarkets assigned guests to drive incremental trips and revenue utilizing available offers* Meet and exceed established performance benchmarks and revenue growth expectations.* Develop and manage a targeted Guest base to increase gaming revenue and overall profitability.* Greet and engage Guests on the casino floor and participate in social events, special promotions, and hosted activities.* Issue Player’s Club cards and actively promote Player’s Club enrollment, tiers, and related promotions.* Update and maintain accurate Guest profiles and visit histories to support strategic marketing and future visitation.* Market to predetermined active and inactive Guests via phone, mail, and direct outreach to drive brand loyalty and visitation; track and report results.* Effectively handle Guest complaints and resolve discrepancies in a professional, timely, and courteous manner.* Ensure the protection and proper use of Guest rewards, credit lines, and confidential information.* Provide elevated service offerings including food, beverage, transportation, cross-property events, and Player’s Club programs.* Assist in the training and development of Casino Hosts, including oversight of comp issuance in accordance with assigned approval levels.* Monitor and ensure comp usage and reinvestment strategies align with departmental goals and revenue objectives.* Assist in the development of host benchmarks, incentive programs, special events, and sales-driven marketing initiatives.* Create, plan, and execute targeted events and strategies for focused Guest segments to maximize revenue growth.* Lead and participate in off-property activations, festivals, dinners, and hosted events to drive new business acquisition.* Play a key role in expanding the Asian market through targeted outreach, off-property hosting, and strategic relationship building.* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of gaming machines, player tracking systems, promotions, entertainment offerings, and property operations.* Stay informed of competitive promotions and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.* Respond to Player’s Club correspondence and Guest service survey feedback, communicating insights to appropriate department leaders.* Safeguard the confidential nature of all departmental and property records.* Perform other duties as assigned.**Qualifications:*** Mandarin speaking is required for this position.* Strong sales mindset with proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or revenue-driven Guest development.* Ability to build relationships quickly and convert prospects into loyal Guests.* Knowledge of casino operations, player development, and comp management preferred.* Experience working with targeted markets, particularly Asian clientele, a strong plus.* Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.* Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and off-property events.**Work Environment:*** Must be able to work in a smoking environment* Must be able and willing to work any shift and long hours when necessary to include working evenings, weekends and holidays.* Must be able to continuously maneuver around the office and property, often standing for long hours.* Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other office equipment.* Must be able to lift 30 pounds and able to bend, reach and stoop on a limited basis.* Duties and responsibilities are typically performed on the Casino Floor with constant exposure to general public.**Closing:**The Tribal Council gives preference in all of its employment practices to Native Americans. First preference in hiring, training, promoting and in all other aspects of employment is given to members of the Seminole Tribe who meet the job requirements. Second preference is given to members of other federally recognized Native American Tribes who meet the job requirements.As part of Seminole Gaming’s employment process, final candidates will be required to obtain gaming licensure by completing a background check with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations, prior to an offer being extended.
