Executive Assistant to SVP, Manufacturing - Onsite Lead

USA Rare Earth in Stillwater is looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to support the SVP of Manufacturing. The role involves managing the executive calendar, coordinating high-visibility customer visits, and liaising between the SVP and internal stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience in executive support and possess strong organizational and communication skills. This position requires onsite work 2–3 days a week with the opportunity to support key operational interactions and improve administrative processes.
