Position Overview
Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrician Opportunity – Elliot Health System and Dartmouth Health Children’s, Manchester, New Hampshire.
Elliot Developmental and Behavioral Health (EDBH) Pediatrics is seeking a
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrician
to join our outpatient (M-F daytime) practice. The role will involve collaborative, supportive teams dedicated to serving children and families across New Hampshire and advancing the field of Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics academically.
We care for children under the age of 15 and provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and education for a broad spectrum of developmental and behavioral conditions, including:
Learning disorders
Attention and behavioral disorders
Regulatory disorders
Neurodevelopmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders
Global developmental delays
Behavioral and developmental challenges associated with chronic or disabling pediatric conditions
Key Responsibilities
Provide outpatient developmental and behavioral pediatric care (assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and education).
Teach medical students and Dartmouth Health Children’s pediatrics residents.
Engage in Leadership Education in Neurodevelopment (LEND) trainee education.
Collaborate with an interprofessional team in a multidisciplinary environment.
Participate in faculty activities at The Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth, with faculty appointment at a rank commensurate with experience and academic portfolio.
Qualifications
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrician.
Experience managing developmental and behavioral pediatric patients (preferred).
Strong interpersonal and teaching skills.
Commitment to academic and clinical excellence.
