Senior Highway Design Engineer
Location: Bristol
Salary: £35,000 – £50,000
Responsibilities
Lead S278 and S38 highway design and approvals
Produce and check drawings using AutoCAD and Site 3D
Coordinate with local authorities, clients and design teams
Support drainage and flood risk inputs where required
Manage selected highway schemes from start to completion
Mentor junior engineers and technicians
Qualifications
Around 3 to 5 years’ UK consultancy experience
Strong development-led highways design background
Experience with AutoCAD and Site 3D
Confident, organised and commercially aware
Keen to progress into a leadership role
